Product Intro

To fix the printing plate on the roller or its sleeve to prevent from lifting or shifting during the printing process, ensure the normal progress of the work routine.

Can be used in a variety of different printing tasks of cartons, corrugated boxes, express boxes, packaging boxes, including text or graphics, color or monochrome printing.

Product Applicaiton and Suggestions of Using

Appropriate plate-mounting tape needs to cooperate with correct operation to achieve the best effect, while for pressure-sensitive plate-mounting tape, the tape soaks the adhered surface after being pressed. To achieve better performance of the adhesive tape, please be noted that:

1. Clean the bonding surface at the beginning

2. Reasonable conditions during loading the printing plate

3. Suitable storage conditions

we recommend sealing the plate-mounting tape in the original package before applying, and store in an environment with a temperature of 23±5 ˚C and a relative humidity of 30% to 60%.
